The 75th Berlin International Film Festival, also known as the Berlinale, is just around the corner and promises an impressive lineup of stars. From February 13 to 23, 2025, prominent figures from the film industry will gather in the German capital.

Among the notable attendees are Hollywood icons such as Timothée Chalamet, who will be at the festival with the biopic 'A Complete Unknown,' based on the life of Bob Dylan. James Mangold's film will be presented at a Special Gala but will not compete in the main competition.

Also on the guest list are Jessica Chastain, Marion Cotillard, and Margaret Qualley. German actors like August Diehl, Hanna Schygulla, Tom Wlaschiha, and Sibel Kekilli will also represent their country's productions competing for the Golden Bear.

This year's Berlinale Competition features 19 films, including works by renowned directors such as Richard Linklater, Michel Franco, and Hong Sangsoo. Linklater's 'Blue Moon' follows the life of songwriter Lorenz Hart and boasts a stellar ensemble, including Ethan Hawke and Andrew Scott.

One of the standout contenders is 'If I Had Legs I'd Kick You' by Mary Bronstein, starring A$AP Rocky, Rose Byrne, and Conan O'Brien. A total of 26 countries are represented in the competition, highlighting the festival's international diversity.
