Lynn Ban's son pays tribute
Her son, Sebastian Ban, shared the heartbreaking news following her severe injuries in a skiing accident late in December. "My mum passed away on Monday," Sebastian wrote on her Instagram account. "I know she wanted to share her journey after her accident and brain surgery, so I thought she would appreciate one last post sharing the news to people who supported her."

On December 30, Lynn Ban suffered a devastating accident while on a family vacation in Aspen. "I hit a peak at the top of the mountain and fell face-first," she shared on Instagram. Although paramedics from the ski patrol initially gave the all-clear, Ban was later taken to the hospital, where doctors discovered a brain haemorrhage. "I went with Jett [Kain] in a cab, and within 30 minutes they told us I had a brain bleed and had to be airlifted to the trauma hospital," Ban recounted. She underwent emergency surgery and began recovering with her husband by her side.
