- Lottie Moss' career and personal changes
Lottie Moss (27), the British model and younger sister of Kate Moss, is once again making headlines. At a glamorous appearance in Munich, she shines from head to toe, but the past few months have been anything but easy for her.
"Don’t take Ozempic!" she warns her 600,000 Instagram followers after her experience with the weight-loss drug led to a hospital stay.
Ozempic shock leads to hospitalisation
Lottie Moss admits to 'Bild': "I tried it because everyone was using it. Very few people admit it. But I wouldn’t recommend it." Without medical supervision, she injected the drug and lost nine kilos in a very short time. This led to a hospital stay. "It was the worst decision I’ve ever made," she explains. The side effects were severe, including seizures, which she had previously described on her podcast 'Dream On': "I would rather die than take that again."
A new lifestyle after health setbacks
After this experience, Lottie Moss radically changed her lifestyle. She now prioritises healthy eating and regular workouts. "It’s better to go to the doctor and talk to them if you have weight issues," she advises her followers.
Despite her experience with Ozempic, she remains supportive of her cosmetic procedures. "I did my boobs when I was 19. Everyone should do what makes them happy. I certainly have," she says.
