Kanye West has told Kim Kardashian that he wants to have 7 kids, she revealed on Laura Wasser's All's Fair podcast.

“I could do two more but I don’t think that I should. I’d have to go through IVF and when I turn 40… I don’t want to be an old mom. I think four is good," she said.
“You want to pay attention, everyone needs attention. And just seeing how my mom is 64 and we still don’t stop bugging her…”

Kardashian hasn't always had easy pregnancies, with both North, 6, and Saint, 4, being induced due to preeclampsia. Her last two children Chicago, 2 and 9 month old Psalm, were born via surrogate.
The reality star is no stranger to a big family, but is happy where she is with just the four. We will have to see what happens!
