Bachelor In Paradise Couple Caelynn and Dean, Married Or Not?

Bachelor franchise host smooth Chris Harrison asked Dean Unglert and Caelynn Miller-Keyes the burning question on Bachelor Nation minds. Chris invited the pair to speak on Monday's episode of The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons - Ever! and asked them about the rings each were wearing on their marriage fingers.

The couple met on last season of Bachelor In Paradise and had a whirlwind romance when classic anti-committal Dean left the beach because he was not ready to commit to one girl. Dean had built himself a bit of a reputation of anti-commital behavior in previous seasons of Bachelor In Paradise so fans were not shocked but Caelynn was. She pursued a very sweet romance with another castmate until Dean returned to take her from the beach and the pair have been dating ever since.

Although long into their relationship Dean refused to "follow" Caelynn on social media for similarly confusing reasons. Now confronted with the question about the rings, Dean explained "In my opinion, I don't need the title of husband to show the world that I'm committed to one person. The fact that I'm wearing the ring is showing that I'm committed to Caelynn and only Caelynn, and I've been wearing it for the past six or so months."

He went on to describe their relationship as a "domestic partnership" and that "she wears her fun little ring as well, which isn't the traditional ring of marriage or engagement ring, but it's our way of telling the world and the people around us that we are committed to each other." You know, kind of like an engagement or marriage would do. Caelynn agreed with his sentiment although she must be hoping for a proposal, considering she made it very clear she is looking for marriage sooner rather than later on both The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise

Caelynn said he first started "wearing a hair tie around his ring finger to fight women off. I liked the idea, and we just talked about getting rings. It's nice to know we are in a strong committed relationship without necessarily having to get the government involved as Dean would like to say." Classic Dean!

Cheeky Chris Harrison reminded the pair that he is an ordained minister and was willing to pronounce them husband and wife to which Dean said "If it ever comes to us wanting to get the government involved, you're at the top of the list," but that "We're in this for the long haul. There's no going back." Love is in the air!
