Caitlyn Jenner has just shocked Hollywood and her family that she is running for Governor of California. Unfortunately for her, her family does not seem to be on the same page.

Caitlyn Jenner's Sons Embarrassed By Her Run For Governor

Caitlyn Jenner's political views have gotten the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star in trouble time and time again and now her new political goals may be ruffling the feathers of her own children.

Close sources of the Jenner boys told TMZ that her 3 sons from her previous two marriages to Chrystie Scott and Linda Thompson are feeling embarrassed of their mom's decision. Apparently, Brody, Brandon, and Burt Jenner asked Caitlyn to slow down and give up her run for Governor entirely because they allegedly believe she is not qualified.

Now she seems to have upset her sons for not listening to them at all. She frequently publicly claims that she wants a better relationship with her sons but both Brody and Bruce have been vocal about their father's lack of presence in their life. Brody opened up on The Hills about growing up without his father and watching him raise his sisters Kylie and Kendall and Brandon Jenner sadly admitted he only saw his father 6 times between age 8 and 25.

On top of her struggles with her sons, she seems to be clashing with his step-daughter Kim Kardashian as well. Kim recently called out Caitlyn's misleading and inaccurate claims about police reform.

Caitlyn's conservative views have famously clashed with her fellow Hollywood friends. When Caitlyn came out as a trans woman in 2017 she was invited onto The Ellen Degeneres Show where she admitted against and uncomfortable with gay marriage. Caitlyn seems to have changed her tune now that she herself is dating a woman and in 2017 announced she was now pro-gay marriage.

Caitlyn was also a staunch Donald Trump supporter for years until she clashed with his views on trans rights, then she began to distance herself from the former President. She told the Washington Post that she was wrong to believe Trump's word that he supported the LGBTQ+ community and would not be making the same mistake, "The reality is that the trans community is being relentlessly attacked by this president."

We will have to wait and see how successful Caitlyn's campaign against Gavin Newsom will be or if it will end like her former son-in-law Kanye West's run for President
