Talk show host Jimmy Kimmel took advantage of the name of Harrison Ford's new film, The Call of the Wild, to insert a topical joke referencing US President Donald Trump.

During Ford's interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the host produced a poster for The Call of the Wild with fake review quotes from the President. Some of the reviews included "That call was perfect," "This was a perfect call," and "I call it 'a perfect call' because it was."

Ford responded by saying "That's the first thing that son of a b***h has done for me." See the full interview below.

Ford's dislike of President Trump

Kimmel's joke references Trump's insistence on the legality and "perfection" of his phone calls that led to his impeachment and subsequent acquittal. While Ford thoroughly enjoyed Kimmel's gag, he quickly voiced his dislike of the President.

The Star Wars actor went on to express disbelief at the denial and rejection of scientific knowledge in the Trump administration and the US.
