Harry Styles, former member of the famed boy band One Direction, recently had a frightening encounter on the streets of London. Styles has not yet commented publicly on the incident, but he was reportedly approached by a man armed with a knife who demanded cash from him.

Styles met the man's demands and walked away from the confrontation unharmed.

Harry Styles still appeared at the 2020 Brit Awards

Fortunately, an unspecified amount of cash was all that Styles lost as a result of the robbery. The 26-year-old singer reportedly handled the situation calmly, though he was understandably shaken up afterward.

Despite the incident, Styles made his scheduled appearance at the 2020 Brit Awards. The pop singer was nominated for two awards going into the ceremony. He also performed an emotional song "Falling" during the show.

Harry Styles will be on tour throughout 2020

The English singer and occasional actor is scheduled for an extensive world tour beginning in April 2020. The "Love On Tour" series of concerts will showcase songs from Styles's latest album, Fine Line, which came out back in December 2019.

If his appearance at the 2020 Brit Awards is any indication, Styles should be more than ready to go for his 2020 tour. Nonetheless, we wish the singer a quick recovery from the shock of the recent robbery.
