Actor Al Pacino and actress Meital Dohan have called it quits. Dohan, an Israeli born actress, recently opened up about her time with the famous actor and her reasons for ending their relationship.
The couple had been seen in public together as recently as late 2019, when the pair attended the premiere for Martin Scorsese's The Irishman. Pacino portrayed Jimmy Hoffa in the film.

In a recent interview with The Times of Israel, Dohan explained why she initiated the couple's break-up. "It’s hard to be with a man so old, even Al Pacino," she said. "The age gap is difficult, yes. I tried to deny it, but now he is already an elderly man, to be honest. So even with all my love, it didn’t last."
After all, Pacino is 79-years-old while Dohan is just 40. He's nearly twice her age!

Dohan says she is grateful for her time with Pacino, however. "I had a fight with him and left him recently, but of course I really love and appreciate him, and I was glad to be there for him when he needed me, and to be a part of his legacy," she said. "It’s an honour for me. I’m glad this relationship happened between us, and hope we remain good friends."
Pacino's now ex-girlfriend, Meital Dohan, is perhaps best-known in North America for her role as "Yael Hoffman" in the TV series Weeds. She also had a guest appearance as "Yael" in one episode of The Sopranos.
The 79-year-old Pacino has never married. The actor does have three children, though, including twins with actress Beverly D'Angelo.
