Teen Mom 2 star reveals her mental health struggles

Jenelle Evans has dealt with her fair share of online backlash, and the reality star is opening up about how it has affected her mental health.

On the Dumb Blonde podcast, Evans talks about how the online hate has caused her major depression and anxiety, saying, "You have to ignore all of it. You have to put down your phone and focus on something else.”

“Since I’ve been off TV it seems that everyone wants to know about my life 10x harder," she continued.

Evans has been in headlines this past year after ex David Eason allegedly shot and killed their family dog, after the dog bit their two-year old.

It was later reported that Evans filed a restraining order against Eason, however later dropped it.

Evans said, “I’m just living my life right now. Everyone is wanting to know my life, and I’m just sitting here and doing what I do and trying to lay low."

The MTV reality star has been let go of the show Teen Mom 2 since the drama of the last year has been made public.
