• Jennifer Lopez shared her views on PDA
  • Lopez says she wouldn't enjoy a public proposal
  • Lopez and Ben Affleck reportedly "open" to engagement

Jennifer Lopez certainly doesn't mind a bit of PDA, but she also believes some moments should be private! As Entertainment Tonight shares, Lopez was a guest on a radio show this week, and the Marry Me star talked about why she isn't interested in being at the centre of a big public proposal.

Lopez says proposals are "a more intimate thing"

Lopez rekindled her romance with Ben Affleck since last year, with the couple starting to date again back in the spring. They have since been photographed together on multiple occasions, from red carpet appearances to casual candid shots, and haven't shied away from showing PDA. "I love public displays of romance," Lopez told British radio station Heart FM, admitting she's "actually all about it."

Turns Out...Jennifer Lopez IS NOT Angry With Ben Affleck

However, while she may enjoy showing her love in public, Lopez has different thoughts when it comes to the idea of being proposed to in front of the world. The singer and actress shared she feels a wedding proposal is "kind of an intimate, sacred thing that should just be between two people" because of the commitment it signifies. Perhaps some of her hesitancy also comes from the fact she's had engagements called off in the past!

Lopez was engaged to Alex Rodriguez before she got back together with Affleck, and they kept putting off their wedding due to the pandemic. She has also been married three times! While it could be some time before wedding bells are in her future again, an insider has told Entertainment Tonight that Lopez is "open to the possibility of getting engaged and married" to Affleck.
