On Dec. 10, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were revealed as TIME magazine's 2020 Person of the Year. They received the honour over the three other finalists, who were: President Donald Trump, Dr. Anthony Fauci and frontline healthcare workers, and the racial justice movement.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris win TIME's 2020 Person of the Year

TIME recognized Biden and Harris as 2020 Person of the Year "for changing the American story" in a divisive year with a tense presidential election. The four finalists also spotlighted the year's pandemic response and a historic anti-racism movement.
