She walked the red carpet in a gorgeous white midi-dress with embroidered flowers and puffy sleeves in London on Thursday October 10th, for the premiere of her new movie Official Secrets.

The 34-year-old actress accessorized with strappy gold heels and wore her beautiful brunette hair in loose waves. She took the time to pose for photos and also to sign autographs for fans. Knightley has yet to publicly announce the birth of her second child with her husband James Righton, but she showed off her baby bump earlier in May of this year.
