Kelly Osbourne has been very open with her difficult sobriety journey. She and her family have a history of substance abuse so Kelly's battle has been rough.

Kelly Osbourne's Relapse

36-year-old Kelly has opened up to her following about her difficult past few days. On her Instagram story, she said: "This is a little hard for me to talk about but I've always promised you I will be honest with you about where I'm at and what's going on, on my road to recovery."

With tears in her eyes and her voice cracking she admitted, "I relapsed, not proud of it but I'm back on track and I will be doing a podcast this week where I tell everybody about what's going on and what happened."

"I just want to let you know that I'm sober today and I'm going to be sober tomorrow but I've truly learned that it is just one day at a time and I wanted to tell you guys the truth cause I never ever want to lie to you."

She expressed how grateful she was for the support throughout her sobriety journey from her fans. On DJ Fat Tony's podcast about how she "never thought I'd be alive at 35 years old." She explained, "A lot of my friends didn't make it and burying them was hard. I had survivor's guilt for a long time."

Kelly has had an incredible transformation since becoming sober, losing a whopping 85 lbs(38.5 kg)! She has been proud of her journey and hard work so with the support of her family and fans she will be "back on track" in sobriety.
