Kim Kardashian is opening up about a new series her famous family will partake in following the end of an era when Keeping Up With The Kardashians yelled "cut" after 20 seasons.
The multi-million dollar Hulu deal will feature the family behind the scenes like before, but Kim says that it'll feel different this time, and will show a side to the Kar-Jenner clan that we haven't seen before.
Kim Kardashian will show her business in new Hulu series
While fans got familiar with the family drama on KUWTK, the new Hulu series will feature a little bit more of a serious side to the sisters and will show what it's like behind the scenes of the sister's many businesses.
During her interview with WSJ. Magazine, Kardashian revealed that there will be some exciting new changes on the horizon and that fans will be able to watch her journey to becoming a lawyer more closely than before.
The famous reality star noted that the family has all editing and production rights, so they will be showing more of their journeys as professionals.
"I think it will be a different side," she said, "But I wouldn't say that our silly sides are not going to come out."
In May, momager Kris Jenner said that moving their show to Hulu, or Star if you're outside the states, was a "no brainer" since the streaming platforms are owned by Disney.
"In the new show, you'll see us evolving as a family. Fans want us to be who we are and since moment one, they've been emotionally invested in our show, just like we are," Kim said, adding, "The fans will love seeing us continue the journey. I can't say much about what's coming, but spoiler, we're going to look fabulous and everyone's going to watch."
Although she said she can't say much, a source did note that older sis Kourtney Kardashian's engagement to Travis Barker will be on the new series.
While there has been no official release date, the Kar-Jenner's have begun production, and Khloé Kardashian said while on Ellen last week that they're expecting season one available to stream early 2022.
