Maddox Jolie-Pitt has testified against Brad Pitt in his and Angelina Jolie's ongoing divorce and custody battle.

Today, Us Weekly reported that Maddox recently gave testimony that "wasn't very flattering towards Brad" in court. On top of that news, the 19-year-old reportedly wants his father's name dropped from his Jolie-Pitt surname.

Maddox Jolie-Pitt wants Brad's name legally removed

According to Us Weekly, "[Maddox] doesn't use Pitt as his last name on documents that aren't legal and instead uses Jolie. Maddox wants to legally change his last name to Jolie, which Angelina has said she doesn't support."

The news comes the same day that court documents revealed that Angelina Jolie has accused Pitt of domestic violence, a claim which she's prepared to offer "proof" to support. Pitt was previously cleared of abuse allegations in 2016 after an incident aboard a plane that is said to have involved himself and Maddox.

Maddox is the eldest of Brad and Angelina's children

Maddox, 19, is the eldest of Pitt and Jolie's six children. He was adopted by Jolie alone in 2002, prior to her relationship with Pitt, before Brad also adopted him in 2006. The couple also had adopted Pax, 17, and Zaraha, 16, before themselves having Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, both 12.
