Actor Jonathan Bennett was born June 10, 1981, in the small town of Rossford, Ohio. Upon graduating from his theater program at Otterbein University, he packed up his things and moved to New York to create bigger possibilities for his life...

Mean Girls star Jonathan Bennett in 2021

Before he landed his dreamy teen role in Mean Girls, Bennett was actually cast in a handful of TV shows, such as All My Children, Law & Order: SVU and Boston Public.

As soon as he played Lindsey Lohan's love interest in Mean Girls, he immediately went from a small-town boy to the heartthrob of Hollywood.

Bennett famously came out as gay in October 2017, and is currently engaged to former Amazing Race contestant Jaymes Vaughan. The pair is honestly too handsome for this world...

In his work life, Jonathan has mostly appeared in various TV shows and smaller film roles, like as a guest judge in RuPaul's Drag Race and as a contestant for Celebrity Big Brother last year. He also even reunited with his former co-star in Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club.

One of his most recent films he starred in was 2019's The Haunting of Sharon Tate, where he played "Jay Sebring", alongside Hilary Duff and Lydia Hearst.

You can also occasionally catch him on the Food Network! He's previously hosted Cupcake Wars, Cake Wars and continues to host Halloween Wars

All in all, Jonathan seems to be making the most out of his life, post-Mean Girls. Check out the actor in upcoming films and TV movies to be released later this year.
