Before giving life to "Isabella" in the critically acclaimed series Narcos: Mexico, Teresa made her big-screen debut in 2006 Mexican film Bienvenido Paisano alongside actor and comedian Rafael Inclán.
In the same year, she appeared in the American film about the tragic femicides in Juárez with actors Jennifer Lopez, Antonio Banderas, and Martin sheen in Bordertown.
