Phoebe Waller-Bridge will be back on your television screens soon with a brand new show! Following the success of her hit series Fleabag and Killing Eve, Waller-Bridge is involved in Run, a new HBO series.

Described as a "romantic comedy thriller", Waller-Bridge has teamed up with frequent collaborator Vicky Jones for the project. Jones wrote the series and serves as co-executive producer with Waller-Bridge, who will also have a guest starring role!

Waller-Bridge's new show: here's what we know about Run

Phoebe Waller-Bridge's series Run is just a few months away from airing on HBO, as it premieres in April! According to Entertainment Weekly, this is what it's about: 

"Bored with her suburban life, Ruby answers Billy’s text,  the word “RUN,” with the same reply, setting in motion a promise they made 17 years prior that if either of them did that and the other replied with the same, they’d drop everything, meet in Grand Central Station, and travel across America together".

Merritt Wever and Domnhall Gleeson will be starring in the show, playing "Ruby Richardson" and "Billy Johnson". Waller-Bridge is set to appear as "Laurel", a woman "Ruby" and "Billy" meet on their travels. The cast of Run also includes Rich Sommer as "Ruby's" husband, Tamara Podemski as police detective "Babe Cloud", and Archie Panjabi as "Fiona", former personal assistant to "Billy".
