Pitch Perfect's Rebel Wilson's Weight Loss Progress

Jojo Rabbit's Rebel Wilson has been calling 2020 her "Year of Health" and while a lot of people just say they are making a change, Rebel is actually doing it! Fans have started noticing her dramatic new look in her most recent posts and have been showering her with love and support.

One fan commented, "You are drop-dead gorgeous!" on her most recent full body picture. Rebel has been really open with fans with how difficult it is to stay hardworking and in a recent post she lovingly said: "I know some days are frustrating as hell, you feel like giving up, you get annoyed at the lack of progress...but good things are coming your way."

The Cats star has even been posting footage of some of her workouts including running up and down the famous Sydney Opera House steps! Rebel has been trying to get down to 75 kg (~165 lbs) with the help of her trusted trainers.

One of her trainers Jono Castano spoke to E! News about what a week with Rebel looks like and he explained: "Day 1: HIIT and mobility, Day 2: weights and resistance, Day 3: HIIT, Day 4: HIIT, Day 5: HIIT and weights, Day 6: rest period, Day 7: HIIT. We focus on plenty of HIIT circuits, but at the same time, focusing on technique and tempo." 

All that hard work is clearly working. You go, girl!
