It's been some time since Noah or Kelly have been in a public relationship! Kelly dated Grey's Anatomy star Jesse Williams for several months back in 2018. However, Williams and his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee were going through a difficult divorce at the time which complicated matters, and he and Kelly split. As for Noah, he dated Jordyn Taylor in 2017.
