Vanessa Bryant has revealed that her sporting charity for youth is changing its name to honour her daughter! The organization, which was formerly known as Mamba Sports Foundation, will now be called Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation. Bryant announced the rebranding in an Instagram post today, where she posted a sweet message alongside a picture of the charity's new logo.

Vanessa Bryant's post about the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation reflects how the charity's new branding acknowledges both Gianna and Kobe. Sharing a photo of its newly updated logo design, now featuring a star with wings in addition to the snake, Bryant talks about the significance of the name change.

"Because there is no #24 without #2, we have updated the Mamba Sports Foundation to now be called the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation," Bryant says, referencing Kobe and Gianna's jersey numbers.

"Our mission remains the same – and stronger than ever – to provide opportunities to young people through sports. Thank you all for the outpouring of support and your kind donations to date as we carry forth Kobe and Gigi’s legacy.. We hope to empower young athletes in a world they left us all to help shape".
