Dolly Parton and Carl Dean have been married for 55 years, but fans of the music legend hardly know what her husband looks like!
However, Dolly has now given fans a rare glimpse of her supportive marriage in a new throwback post on Instagram.

The 75-year-old singer shared a retro photo of herself hand-in-hand with Carl, who even sports a Dolly Parton t-shirt. "Find you a partner who will support you like my Carl Dean does!" she captioned the cute picture.
Fans believe the photo must date back to the 1960s or '70s, which would make it just a few years in to Dolly and Carl's lengthy marriage.
As Dolly fans know, her husband Carl is notoriously camera-shy and prefers to stay out of the spotlight despite his wife's immense popularity.
This has led fans to joke that Parton's husband is "imaginary." But they truly have been married since 1966, after meeting at a laundromat in Nashville.
