Prince Harry (36) and Duchess Meghan's (39) interview with Oprah Winfrey (67) has polarized the media. Now it looks like there will be a long-awaited positive outcome after Harry and Meghan's heartbreaking experiences of racism have come to light.
Her Majesty The Queen (94) herself has been inspired to make great changes and modernize the monarchy. As the Mail On Sunday reports, the Queen wants to employ a diversity tsar and offer seminars for her employees to train them on the subject.
Accusations of racism are taken seriously in the palace
During these seminars, the Royal family wants to sit down and meet with various companies and individuals "seek independent views" on how the Monarchy can "improve representation." So-called "listening and learning" exercises are being designed to address diversity in terms of ethnic minorities, disabled people, and LGBTQ+ communities.
As an insider told Mail On Sunday, the issue is being taken very seriously in all royal households: "We have the policies, procedures and programmes in place, haven't seen the progress we would like and accept more needs to be done. We can always improve. We can always improve."

"We are not afraid to look at new ways of approaching it. The work to do this has been underway for some time now and comes with the full support of the family." How the British royal family will develop in its monarchy remains to be seen but many members of the commonwealth are supportive of the efforts.
Queen Elizabeth II already commented in a press release on the allegations by Harry and Meghan saying, "The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately."
