Princess Beatrice and her longtime boyfriend Dave Clark split in 2016 but it seems as if this princess might finally head towards her happy ending, too. As People reports, Beatrice has been dating Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, a close friend of the family. This news comes only one month after her sister Princess Eugenie's fairytale wedding.

According to People, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi is a multi-millionaire property tycoon and the two of them have known each other for years. The 34-year old is divorced and has a two-year-old son from a previous relationship, “Daily Mail” reports. Since he is a friend of the family, Edoardo also did not need a formal introduction to Beatrice’s parents.
However, Beatrice has already introduced him to Prince Andrew and Fergie as her boyfriend and we should not be too surprised if an engagement comes up some time soon as things are moving very quickly between the lovebirds.
Although it is not known how Beatrice and Edoardo first met, he is the stepson of Christopher Shale, who was a close friend of former Prime Minister David Cameron and Beatrice’s parents. Beatrice and her parents even attended Shale’s funeral together with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in 2011.
