Just a few days after her husband, Duchess Kate has now received her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The 39-year-old shared a photo of her appointment on Instagram as she braved the injection. The Duchess of Cambridge also dressed casual but looked stunning as always for her shot.

Kate made her way to the Science Museum in London in light-coloured jeans and a cream-coloured t-shirt. We rarely see the Royal so relaxed and casual these days.

Nor do we often see the Duchess in light jeans — at least in public. But the sporty look suits her very well.

Fans are loving the low-key style, and an Instagram user even commented asking about the brand of Kate's jeans — hoping to grab a pair for herself. The royal's outfits often sell out quickly when the public gets word of brandnames and sales.

The British Royal Family gets the COVID-19 vaccine

With her vaccine photo, the Duchess of Cambridge wrote: "Yesterday I received my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at London’s Science Museum.

"I'm hugely grateful to everyone who is playing a part in the rollout - thank you for everything you are doing."

Duchess Kate now joins many Royal Family members in having been vaccinated. Early this year, the Queen and her now late husband Prince Philip were vaccinated against the coronavirus.

Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla's vaccinations also followed not long after. And Kate's came just 10 days after Prince William shared a photo of himself getting the jab.
