Duchess Kate's uncle is once again having his say on Royal Family drama.

Gary Goldsmith, the maternal uncle of Kate Middleton, gave a new interview where he bashed Prince Harry and heaped praise on his niece — which has been a trend in recent months.

Speaking to Closer, Goldsmith criticized Prince Harry for his recent series of "hurtful" comments about the Royal Family. He said, "Everyone is astonished."

Uncle Gary warned of a point-of-no-return if Prince Harry continues to feud with his family. "The harsh truth," he said, "is that if Harry doesn't get a grip and stop this self-indulgent episode, there will soon be no common ground or relationship to rebuild."

Goldsmith then shifted focus to Duchess Kate's role as peacemaker within the family. "If anyone can bring peace to the royals, Kate can," he said of his niece.

"Kate is a brilliant arbiter and peacemaker. Every bone in her body is about making friends and doing the best she can... She's trying to mediate," he explained.

Goldsmith also referenced Prince Harry's attendance at Prince Philip's funeral as an example of when Duchess Kate mediated between the feuding brothers.

"You could see at the funeral that Kate was there trying to make peace, bringing the brothers together," he said.

Gary Goldsmith, who is the brother of Carole Middleton (née Goldsmith), also previously sided with Kate after Harry and Meghan's big Oprah interview. He took issue with Meghan accusing Kate of making her cry, which he said he didn't believe "for a moment."

His latest comments came after Prince Harry had several criticisms for the Royal Family in a new set of interviews on his series The Me You Can't See.
