The Duchess of Cambridge will be turning thirty-seven this week on 9th January 2019. This will be Kate's first birthday as a mother of three children and also as an Aunt! She gave birth to her third child and second son, Prince Louis in April 2018 and became an Aunt in October 2018, when her sister Pippa Middleton gave birth to her first son, Arthur.

Prince William Has an Engagement on Kate's Birthday

Members of the Royal Family are usually given the day off on their birthdays and Kate will not be working on hers. However, her husband, Prince William, will not be able to be at her side all day long on her big day as he is scheduled to attend a tea party with staff members of London's Air Ambulance at the Royal London Hospital. Prince George (5) and Princess Charlotte (3) will also be away for some of the day, as they started back at school this week.

We can't wait to see the Sussexes first child

2019 looks set to be a big year for the Royal Family!

Kate's secretary revealed to HELLO! last year that Kate would be spending her birthday privately" and so it is generally believed that this will be the case on Wednesday, too.

Kate has arranged some truly fantastic birthday surprises for Prince William in the past, ranging from a weekend away in Cornwall to an Arabian Nights themed party and so we can't imagine that William won't arrange something special in return. We hope that she will have a special day!
