Prince Charles never wanted Harry and Meghan out

According to People those who are close to Prince Charles say that he never wanted Harry and Meghan out; "he has always envisioned working with both of his sons and their families in the future." However, for both private and public reasons, the royal family is trying to make things right and helping the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to find a place where they feel comfortable.

Only yesterday the Queen had a meeting with Prince Harry, Prince William, and Prince Charles, at her Sandringham home where they discussed Harry and Meghan's decision of stepping back as senior members of the royal family. After the summit, she released a personal statement saying that "Although we would have preferred them to remain full-time working Members of the Royal Family, we respect and understand their wish to live a more independent life."
