Prince Andrew has recently retired from his royal duties due to the 'car crash' interview he gave the BBC concerning his friendship with convicted (now deceased) pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The Queen reportedly gave her blessing for Andrew to retreat from the public eye. Now Prince Charles is returning to talk to his younger brother. 

Prince Charles is coming home to talk to Prince Andrew

With Prince Charles flying home from his tour today, the two brothers are supposedly going to have a showdown. The Prince of Wales is angry at the Duke of York for ignoring his senior courtiers' advice to avoid the interview. A senior palace source said that Charles will "summon his brother for talks at the earliest opportunity."

Prince William is also involved

Prince William is also being kept informed of any developments concerning the situation involving Prince Andrew. He was also involved in the decision to cut off Prince Andrew's royal duties for the "foreseeable future." An insider has said that "first and foremost Charles' concern lies with the family, as does William's."
