This Is How Meghan & Harry Celebrated Mother's Day In The US
Today, proud mother Duchess Meghan and her husband Prince Harry celebrated Mother's Day in the United States. Meghan is currently expecting the couple's second child, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex marked the day with a very special gesture. Here's what they were up to...
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan marked Mother's Day 2021 with a kind donation to mothers in-need in Los Angeles.
Today was Mother's Day in the US and, in honour of the holiday, the Duke and Duchess chose to give back to Harvest Home, an organization supporting expecting mothers who are experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles.

In a feature on their Archewell website, Harry and Meghan highlighted the work done by Harvest Home and announced how they'll be supporting the group's services.
Archewell is working with Procter & Gamble to fulfill the wish list of mothers being aided through the organization, meaning they will supply "diapers for a year and cleaning supplies to stock the shelves at Harvest Home's first facility as well as their new home in progress."
Meghan also added a note on Harvest Home's important work (which you can learn more about here), saying:
"When we consider how vulnerable any mother feels during the fragile time of pregnancy, we gain perspective about how especially difficult it can be for pregnant women of color and those who come from under-resourced and vulnerable communities."

For Harry and Meghan, Mother's Day is now a biannual occasion, as they celebrate the holiday on its separate British and American dates.
Back in March, Prince Harry marked the UK's Mother's Day 2021 by sending a bouquet of flowers to Princess Diana's grave at her childhood home in England.
Meghan herself became a mother for the first time in 2019. Her son Archie turned 2 years old just three days ago, and the Duchess is expecting a baby girl who's due this summer.
The couple likely marked the special day in private as well, after a busy week of work with Vax Live, the charity concert they chaired and spoke at.
