Halsey Shares Her First Collection Of Poetry: ‘I Would Leave Me If I Could.’

Prince Harry recently reached out to an organization that partnered with a cause close to Duchess Meghan's heart! As People reports, Harry sent a letter of thanks to United Kingdom-based RE:ACT.

His message came after the organization formerly known as Team Rubicon— which sees highly skilled veteran volunteers deployed into disaster zones— joined forces with the Hubb Community Kitchen. And on Tuesday, RE:ACT shared the touching letter on their social media pages.

Harry thanks RE:ACT for support of Hubb Community Kitchen

"It didn't surprise me to hear your team's efficiency in supporting the initiative really was like a military operation – I'd expect nothing less!" Harry wrote. "As you may know, the Hubb Community Kitchen is an initiative incredibly close to my wife's heart that continues to be supported by the legacy of their community cookbook Together."

"Brought together by the Grenfell Tower fire, these inspiring women continue to give back to the community, most recently mass cooking for communities who were struggling during lockdown," he continued.

"Thanks to Team Rubicon, they were able to reach further afield, ensuring that as many people as possible were supported during the pandemic." As People mentions, the Hubb Community Kitchen was one of the first causes that Meghan championed after she became part of the royal family.

Harry says RE:ACT's support of charity is "truly humbling"

Harry said that he was grateful for the communal support RE:ACT provided to the Hubb Kitchen. "At a time when there is so much uncertainty and isolation, to see the coming together of organisations my wife and I champion so strongly was truly humbling," he said in conclusion.

"Your support in offering disaster relief you provided to hundreds of families over the last few months. Both Meghan and I send our deepest thanks and best wishes to you and everyone at Team Rubicon."

As People mentions, Harry's letter to RE:ACT is dated as being from June 19, and was printed on stationary featuring his blue monogrammed crown with the letter 'H' atop it. Even though Harry and Meghan stepped down from their roles as senior members of the royal family earlier this year, they have continued to use their royal monograms.
