Prince William Takes Family On Vacation To Same Place His Parents Did 30 Years Ago
Prince William has brought his children back to where his parents brought him and his brother Prince Harry over 30 years ago. It's a lovely family tradition now.
Prince William and Duchess Kate have brought their children to one of their favorite vacation spots.
Prince William Returns To Island 30 Years Later
Prince William's family has finally gone on vacation together! Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis have yet to leave London this year and now their parents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have brought them to a treasured family getaway. The 5 were spotted on the Isles of Scilly on the only private island, Tresco.
Someone else holidaying on the island told The Dailymail, "We hardly noticed at first as they seemed a normal family on holiday intent on keeping themselves to themselves." Prince Charles personally owns a large portion of the land and the home the Cambridges stayed in.
Princess Diana and Prince Charles brought their sons Prince William and Prince Harry back in 1989. The family famously rode bikes together on the beaches of the island and posed for the highly recognized photo.
At this point, there were already cracks in the marriage of the future king and the "People's Princess" as Diana had learned about her husband's salacious affair with the also married Camilla Parker-Bowles. But both Charles and Diana were intent on spending time as a family and had yet to separate.
Now their eldest son has returned and was even seen bicycling with his three children and wife just like he did over 30 years ago with his parents! No wonder they chose this ideal secluded island to getaway.
