Princess Diana's handwritten letter was addressed to her friend Ivy

The letter, addressed to Ivy Woodward, a friend Princess Diana made at the hospital while Prince Charles was being treated for a broken arm, was auctioned for nearly $4000 by Lawrence Auctioneers of Bletchingley, Surrey. In the message, the late Princess also gave a piece of advice for her friend, who seemed to be having problems with her son's wife.
