Fergie's 60th birthday is just around the corner (October 15th) and as she approaches the special occasion, she has opened up about the cosmetic procedures she has tried in the past few years. According to U.K.'s Daily Mail, the Duchess of York "has had a lot of help" to look as she looks today. She revealed that she is a huge fan of non-invasive laser facelifts: "I’ve started the laser treatment, but it’s not finished yet. The collagen needs to rebuild. I hope it will all be done by my birthday," the Duchess of York and Prince Andrew's ex-wife said.

However, it is not the first time that Fergie has tried this treatment called 6-Dimension Laser Lift, in fact, she also did it last year in preparation for her daughter Princess Eugenie's wedding, and good news is that one of her friends, Dr. Gabriela Mercik, runs the clinic where the lovely Duchess of York gets her special treatment. It is located in London's Harley Street and it is well known for working with natural techniques and stimulating collagen and refining skin textures.

Sarah Ferguson's skin has responded very well to the treatments

Sarah Ferguson explained that she "doesn't like the frozen look," so that's why she opted for an option that doesn't involve the use of needles: "I’m really happy to be open about what I’ve had done," said the Duchess of York, who after trying botox in the past, made the transition into more minimally invasive treatments in regards to a youthful appearance. In order to find a solution to years of sun damage that she started to get when she was little due to the fact that she used to go to the beach very often, Fergie has been trying mesotherapy, which involves injections of vitamins, minerals and amino acids to boost collagen production.

In addition, Sarah Ferguson has also tried facial lifts which involve the insertion of medically advanced threads under the skin. According to Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice's mom, in the beginning she thought all of the procedures were going to be painful, but in the end it was not bad: "My skin responded well. I think if you look at photos of me after I had it done, I look much better." Most recently the Duchess of York traveled to the Bahamas to try a regenerative stem cell therapy on her feet because she explained that her toes were ruined by the riding she did when she was younger; the therapy takes about six months to heal, but so far it has been very good and now she has said that she can walk in heels.

And as always, the fabulous Fergie looks just radiant!
