THIS Is How Duchess Catherine Usually Feels About Christmas At Sandringham
Christmas is approaching and in the past, there have been ongoing suggestions of tensions between the Cambridge's and the Sussexes making Christmas at Sandringham a tad bit tense. However, with the coronavirus pandemic this year and Harry and Meghan now living in the United States, Christmas for the royal family will look a bit different.
Duchess Catherine along with Prince William and their three children George, Charlotte, and Louis, spent Christmas with the Queen at the Queen's Norfolk residence in Sandringham last year. Naturally, with the state of the world right now, Christmas is not only looking different for everyone around the world, but also for the Royal Family.
We have learned from royal biographer Christopher Wilson and the Daily Mail in the past that "Kate, will be wanting to get away to her own family in Bucklebury, following Christmas at Sandringham with the Queen and other royals." We are sure that Duchess Catherine will want to spend some time with her family over the holidays this year as well. Her mother, Carole Middleton actually gave some insight into the Christmas plans of the Cambridge family this year.
Duchess Catherine: Home for the holidays?
The Duchess of Cambridge is rather a homebody and would love to be able to be off-duty and relax with her immediate family over Christmas. We have to say, that sounds like a rather simple request, especially since her brother James is engaged!
The Royal Family's Christmas plans
We will have to see how things pan out this holiday season. It seems as though the Queen and Prince Philip will celebrate in Windsor this year. Will the Cambridge's get to spend some time with Kate's family over the holidays? It was reported that Queen Elizabeth is sad that she won't get to see Prince Harry, Meghan and Archie this year as well.
