In the last few episodes poor Big Ed has been struggling with his blossoming romance with Rosemarie, hoping to trust her and learn more about her. We watched their awkward first encounter and his sweet respecting of her space but now we are seeing the cracks in their love. Big Ed already felt she was withholding her past history from him causing her to stay in a different hotel and now he asked her to take an STD test!
In episode 5, Big Ed told the cameras "I don't believe in love anymore" after their big fight, now in episode 6 he must have changed his mind because he is interested in "boom boom" as 90 Day alum Annie would say. Rosemarie was furious that Ed wants her to take an STD test but after some mollifying from Ed, she forgave her lovable boyfriend. Ed gave her an apology foot massage in front of the cameras and insinuated she should shave her legs. Oh Ed. Never change.
