NCIS fans were devastated when leading man Mark Harmon exited the series in 2021. He had played the legendary "Gibbs" since season 1.
Harmon is now in his 70s, but he didn't officially retire when he left NCIS. Nevertheless, we haven't seen him act or heard much news since then.
