Just one year after the end of the series, the popular police series Criminal Minds could already be preparing its return to small screens around the world. This weekend, Deadline reported that CBS intends to renew a new season of the crime drama created by Jeff Davis for their new streaming platform, Paramount+. His creative team and some members of the original cast are expected to return for this project.

As reported by the site Deadline, the television network is preparing a new season of the successful series based on a group of specialists in criminal profiles for Paramount+, the new ViacomCBS platform that will replace the streaming service CBS All Access.

Although the project is in an early stage, the specialized site reported that it is a priority for the chain to keep the creative team and a good number of the actors who were part of the cast of the series for this new season.
