Eve has officially made her exit from The Talk! As Entertainment Tonight shares, Friday marked the rapper's last show with Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood, and her final moments saw her reflecting on their time together!

Eve calls her departure from show "very bittersweet"

Eve started off by expressing gratitude to the women she's worked with over the past few years. "I truly, genuinely, for real, love you. I’ve been so lucky and so thankful to be a part of this show," she told Osbourne and Underwood. "I’ve learned from each of you ladies." As Entertainment Tonight mentions, one of Eve's co-hosts— Carrie Ann Inaba— unfortunately wasn't present during the farewell, having recently tested positive for COVID-19.

She also mentioned that it wasn't easy for her to say goodbye to The Talk because of the environment of the show was so wonderful! "You have been beyond supportive. I was so scared to call you to tell you that I was leaving, because I was like I don’t want to leave," Eve explained. "It’s the hardest thing. It’s very bittersweet…It was the most beautiful feeling to feel supported and loved."

Eve on leaving The Talk: "this is not goodbye"

Eve co-hosted The Talk for four seasons before announcing she's leaving the show this year! As the star explained last month, she's found herself in London with her husband, and coronavirus-related travel restrictions have made it difficult for her to travel to Los Angeles, where the show is taped.

"I’ve gotten so many beautiful messages. I’ve gotten nothing but support and I’ve always only gotten love and support every time I’ve come to set," Eve went on to say as she ended her speech to her co-hosts. "I am grateful. I will be forever grateful. And like I said, this is not goodbye, this is, I’ll see you later and thank you!"

Eve then received praise from Osbourne, who said that her kids gave her high expectations of the rapper since they happened to know her first! "I knew that you were going to be friendly and a lovely person, but I didn't know how wonderful it would be," Osbourne said of her fellow co-host. "Like you've got your wings now, and you’re flying."

"You are open about yourself, you care so much about what goes on in the world. You care so much about your community," she went on to say. "And I feel that whatever your next steps, whatever they are, it's not just going to be making a record and touring, you’re going to do much more than that, Eve Cooper. You're unstoppable right now."

As Entertainment Tonight mentions, Eve's final episode then concluded with a special video reel that had been put together, highlighting some memorable moments from her time on the show!
