On Wednesday's episode of Good Morning Britain, hosts Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway announced that lovely Ben will not be on the show for a while. Do not worry, because he will be back eventually.

Good Morning Britain's Ben Shephard taking Break From Show

On Wednesday cute Kate Garraway mentioned her co-host Ben Shephard will be taking a short leave from the morning show to film the gameshow Tipping Point. Kate cheekily said, "This is Ben's last day, you're having a bit of time off aren't you?" to which Ben barked "I'm not off at all! Peak Tipping Point series 11, back in the studio and it's all socially distanced, the set had to change in order to get everybody up and running. So I'm not going to be here but I am going to be working Kate Garraway, I know you think I've got my feet up, my trotters up down in the South of France!"

Sassy Kate couldn't help but take another jab at Ben and joked "He calls it working. Nobody takes it seriously, what asking a few questions? Loading a machine? Giving away someone else's money?"

Fans will miss Ben while he is away, he and Kate have wonderful chemistry and it has been grand to have the pair back together again since Kate has returned from taking care of her family while her husband is in a coma due to his battle with COVID-19. Ben was also very supportive of his GMB partner during her tough times and was ecstatic to have her back on set.

Hopefully, Ben Shephards "break" from Good Morning Britain doesn't last too long!
