Since 2013, March has acted somewhat infrequently, picking up just a handful of credits in TV series and films. Some of these roles have included "Mayor Carol Blanton" in the series Neon Joe, Werewolf Hunter, and "Ivanka Trump" in the parody film A President Show Documentary: The Fall of Donald Trump.

More recently, she made her producing debut in the 2019 social media mockumentary The Social Ones, in which she also starred as "Dr. Miriam Spacelli."

In 2020, the now 45-year-old actress appeared as herself on TV's Celebrity Page and the TV special Paley Center Salutes Law & Order: SVU.
