As the "Banks" family is looking for a new nanny, all candidates suddenly seem to be disappear - except for "Mary Poppins", who comes gliding down from the sky with an umbrella and eventually gets the job. It soon becomes obvious that "Mary Poppins" is not an ordinary nanny, since she has magical powers has her very own and special way of educating the children of the "Banks" family.

Julie Andrews had the international breakthrough with her impressive portrayal of the world's most famous nanny "Mary Poppins". She's a highly successful actress and starred in countless movies – including The Sound of Music The Princess Diaries or Tooth Fairy. Furthermore Andrews lent her voice to numerous productions like Shrek or Enchanted.
