TV fan-favourite Kevin James has found a new home with Netflix.
The former King of Queens star has a new comedy series titled The Crew premiering this month on the streamer. It'll be just his third starring TV role and first since 2018! Here's what The Crew is all about.
The Crew: New Kevin James Netflix TV show premieres in 2021
The Crew, a Netflix Original, stars Kevin James as a NASCAR crew chief for the "Bobby Spencer" racing team. The laughs come when James, his veteran team, and their inept driver have their lives turned upside down by a millennial female boss who takes over their operation.
Actress Jillian Mueller plays "Catherine," the new tech-reliant team leader, while Freddie Stroma plays the driver "Jake," and Gary Anthony Williams, Dan Ahdoot, and Sarah Stiles round out the crew with Kevin James. Netflix ordered a 10-episode first season of The Crew, and creative figures with previous credits on Paul Blart, The King of Queens, and Two and a Half Men are behind the production.

The official trailer for The Crew dropped in January and has had several 100,000 views of interest on YouTube ahead of its premiere. Watch below!
Following The King of Queens and Kevin Can Wait, it's only the third TV series to feature Kevin James. Watch for him in season 1 of Netflix Original The Crew with 10 episodes arriving on Feb. 15.
