According to The Associated Press, the prequel novel will be released in May 2020. The book, which currently has no title, will be set 64 years before the events of the original series. Which, of course, means that we won't get to read about or see "Katniss" (Jennifer Lawrence), "Peeta" (Josh Hutcherson) and "Haymitch" (Woody Harrelson) again.
