Besides working as an actor, Viggo is also a keen music and literature enthusiast and a passionate horseman. When filming for The Lord of the Rings trilogy finished, he decided to buy "his" film horse Uraeus, as they had become quite a team! He also adopted the horse he rode in the film Hidalgo once production was over.

Then in 2020, Viggo Mortensen made his debut as a director and screenwriter with the drama Falling, in which he also stars alongside Lance Henriksen, Laura Linney and David Cronenberg.

Viggo recently starred in films like 'Thirteen Lives', 'Eureka', 'The Dead Don't Hurt', and 'Crimes of the Future'! We can't wait to see more of the talented actor on screen.
