'The Masked Singer'

The Masked Singer is one of the most unique reality shows out there, as it combines talent with spectacle and mystery. Each season, celebrities perform songs while disguised in wild costumes, ranging from the glamorous to the totally bizarre. The judges then must try and decipher the celebrity's cryptic clues, and decide who will be "unmasked" after their elimination!

While it only premiered in January 2019, The Masked Singer is currently in its fifth season. The show's original judges Robin Thicke, Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, and Nicole Scherzinger have returned to the panel, while Niecy Nash had a brief stint as guest host in place of Nick Cannon. Click through to see which celebrities have been unmasked so far in season 5 of The Masked Singer!

Kermit the Frog

Kermit the Frog's appearance on this season of The Masked Singer definitely came as a shock, seeing as he was the first non-human contestant! While he was the first to be unmasked in season 5, the amphibian still delivered a memorable performance.

He competed as the "Snail"! Singing Hall and Oates' hit "You Make My Dreams Come True," the Muppet took the stage dressed as a sparkly snail wearing a top hat before his true identity was unmasked!

Outfitted in an extravagant, feathery costume, Jenner delivered a fiery performance of Ke$ha's "TiK ToK" before she was sent home in the second week of the competition.

Danny Trejo

Danny Trejo may have been the judges' guess as to who was under the mask, but it still came as a surprise when he revealed himself! The action star performed in the season's first episode as well as the third, before he ended up getting eliminated.

He competed as the "Raccoon"! Dressed in costume as the cuddly mammal wearing a Western-themed outfit, Trejo performed Johnny Cash's classic "Ring of Fire" in front of an Old West backdrop.

Logan Paul wasn't who many viewers were expecting to see under the mask! One of the judges came close with her guess though, mixing the YouTube star up with his brother Jake. During his stint on The Masked Singer, Paul performed as"Grandpa Monster"!

In the colourful, wild costume, Paul rocked out to Joan Jett's "Bad Reputation" in the fourth episode before he was eliminated. He also had the opportunity to perform Lou Bega's "Mambo No. 5" in his debut!

Cannon was a "Wildcard" entry, turning up in the fifth episode— the Group B Finals— to perform New Edition's song "Candy Girl". He was eliminated the same episode, and everyone was certainly surprised to see the show's host under the golden dog mask!

Making his entrance as a "Wildcard" in the third episode— which was the Group A "Wildcard" round— he rocked out to the Twisted Sister hit "We're Not Gonna Take It". After appearing again as the aquatic creature in the sixth episode to perform "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," McGrath was eliminated!

Bobby Brown

Bobby Brown was one of two celebrities to be revealed in a double unmasking during the Super 8! When he was on the show, the R&B singer famously linked to Whitney Houston made his Masked Singer debut as a "Wildcard" during the Group B "Wildcard" Round as the "Crab"!

The fourth episode saw Brown deliver an emotional performance of Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine". Next, he sang Rick James's "Give It To Me Baby"— and discovered he was claustrophobic. But it wasn't until after he performed the Phil Collins hit "In The Air Tonight" in episode seven that Brown was sent home and unmasked!

Tamera Mowry

Tamera Mowry was eliminated from The Masked Singer the same night as Brown, as it happened to be a double elimination! Before she was sent home though, the actress had a pretty successful stint performing as the "Seashell"! Mowry managed to make it through three episodes of the show before getting unmasked in the Super 8.

She belted out Demi Lovato's "Confident" in the season premiere, while her next appearance in the third episode saw her cover Rufus and Chaka Khan's "Tell Me Something Good". The star also took on Roxette's "Listen To Your Heart" in the sixth episode, but it was after singing Tiffany's "I Think We're Alone Now" in the following episode that her run on the show came to an end!

Tyrese Gibson

Tyrese Gibson has been hiding under one of the Masked Singer masks for weeks now! While he first showed up in the season premiere, it has now been revealed that the actor and singer was dressed up as "Robopine"! As the prickly robot, Gibson gave many memorable performances on the show.

From Luther Vandross's "Never Too Much" in episode one and John Legend's "All of Me"in episode three, to Roberta Flack's "Killing Me Softly" and Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get it On" in episodes six and seven, he delivered smooth vocals. The big reveal then came in episode eight, after his rendition of Boyz II Men's "Water Runs Dry".
