In 2010, Thomas Gibson (AKA "Hotch") pushed an assistant director on the set of Criminal Minds and was ordered into anger management classes by the showrunners. Those classes did NOT take it seems, since Gibson was eventually fired from the show after he kicked an executive producer and writer of the series in 2016....!

Charlie Sheen was literally deleted from the scripts of Two and a Half Men after insulting producer Chuck Lorre on several different occasions due to intoxication and drug abuse. To add insult to injury, in the final episode of the show, Sheen made a return to the series only to be crushed by a piano in the very last scene... how fun!
