Preparations for HBO's eagerly awaited 'Harry Potter' series are in full swing. Filming is currently taking place at Warner Bros. Leavesden Studios in the UK. Exciting news for fans: the cast of the "Weasley" siblings "Fred", "George", "Percy" and "Ginny" has finally been announced. 

They play the "Weasley" siblings

Twins Tristan and Gabriel Harland will take on the roles of "Fred and George Weasley", while Ruari Spooner will be seen as "Percy" and Gracie Cochrane as "Ginny". This announcement was released along with a photo of the cast, including Alastair Stout as "Ron", showing the siblings together.

New faces in the wizard universe

Another highlight of the series is the introduction of Dominic McLaughlin as "Harry Potter". Variety reports, the young actor was selected from over 30,000 applicants. He will be joined by Arabella Stanton as "Hermione Granger". Nick Frost slips into the role of "Rubeus Hagrid" and provides an exciting new interpretation of the popular character. The main cast is complemented by well-known names such as John Lithgow as "Albus Dumbledore" and Janet McTeer as "Minerva McGonagall".
