Instead, the newlyweds are building married life around a group of homes tied to work, family and downtime. According to Page Six, Kelce’s house in Leawood, Kansas, is currently the couple’s main base while he continues playing for the Kansas City Chiefs. That setup gives them flexibility now, while leaving room for change later as both of their schedules evolve.
Travis Kelce’s Kansas Home Is the Main Base
The Kansas property is central for the couple at this stage of their marriage. "Right now, Travis’ Leawood [Kansas] home is his and Taylor’s primary residence and a big home base for them especially while he’s still playing for the Chiefs," a source told Page Six. The same insider added that this does not lock them into one city for good. With his football calendar and her career commitments, their day-to-day base is expected to shift rather than stay fixed year-round.
Taylor Swift Keeps Strong Ties to New York
New York remains another major anchor in their life together. Swift has long maintained a real estate footprint in Tribeca, including combined penthouses and a neighboring townhouse. The couple were also spotted on a date night in Manhattan over the weekend, dining at Ambassadors Clubhouse in NoMad. Beyond New York, the singer also has homes in Nashville, Rhode Island and Beverly Hills. That gives the pair several options when travel, work or private time pull them to different parts of the country.
Ohio Property Adds an Offseason Retreat
Ohio is expected to play a bigger role when Kelce is away from the field. The report says the pair will spend significant time at his new property in Bratenahl, not far from Cleveland Heights, where he grew up. "They’ll definitely be spending plenty of time at the new Ohio house too especially during Travis’ offseason," said the insider according to Page Six. The home adds another practical stop in their rotation, especially for family ties and quieter stretches away from the NFL season.
Madison Square Garden Wedding Drew 1,000 Guests
Their housing plans come just after a massive wedding celebration at Madison Square Garden on July 3. More than 1,000 guests attended, including relatives, friends, teammates and celebrities. The venue’s exterior displayed pink digital screens reading “JUST&T MARRIED!” during the ceremony. Swift wore a Christian Dior haute couture gown, while actor Adam Sandler officiated. Her brother Austin Swift served as man of honor, and Jason Kelce stood beside his brother as best man. The couple had announced their engagement in August 2025 with a playful Instagram caption about an English teacher and a gym teacher getting married.
